Our development programs for managers consist of modules with mutually compatible and sequential content. This enables us to co-design the course with the client in line with the development needs of the target group. The program is planned with the client, and the content and methodology are individually tailored to the requirements of the target group. We focus on taking a holistic view of training processes and integrating them within the overall strategy.
We value a training concept that is holistic and adapted to each individual company. You can put together your program from our tried and tested, long-standing programs or program modules, or you can set your own priorities. The number, order, duration and content of modules may be freely selected. We place particular emphasis on the design of the transfer process, as this is where knowledge acquired during training is converted into practical competence and thereby into commercial success. In order to guarantee the best possible learning transfer and encourage sustainability in the implementation process, we supplement the modules with transfer measures chosen in consultation with you, e.g. coaching sessions, accompanying business projects, individual personal development plans, approaches to blended learning, learning nuggets or the formation of peer groups.
